I had a conversation with a customer service and i ask about her opinion about a wrong article that they sent to me. I just came from a Vacation and i just had the chance to check for my order. And unfortunately it was wrong article. so i ask them about their opinion on how to resolve it, i didnt ask for a Refund or something maybe they can change it and they said they can't do it because they don't have the same size, aside from that she told me that the article was used? Although i sent pics.
